It was broken when I was screwing:(

Do not waste your money! I paid a lot for this shoe rack because I was wondering maybe it has a good quality. But It it broken easily when I was screwing it!

Easy

This is cute and perfect size for a small space. My specific package was missing two of the 18 screws needed to put together. I reached out to customer support on the thank you card included in the package and within a day they had shipped more screws and refunded my entire purchase. I was shocked, I just wanted some screws. Will always recommend companies with fantastic customer service.

Expensive. Cheaply made.

We bought something similar to this at costco years back that is now use for plant pot holder but it was built solid with thicker bamboos like 1/4" thick. This does not even come close. The shelving pieces are thick as a eskewer stick-- yeah that's right. One of the pre-drilled holes cracked during assembly. Shelves could barely hold 3 pairs of shoes. This is made for children or people with small feet! Disappointed.
